Gaps in the record
What is missing from this chronology
An honest timeline shows its holes. These are the record types that would transform it, and which this project does not currently hold.
Operational chronology
Dates and times of underground testing during the operational period, which only the operator and its regulators hold.
Vibration monitoring records
Instrument records with monitor positions. Without these, every vibration entry here is a human recollection.
Rainfall series
Local rainfall for the whole period, needed to test whether ground and water events track weather.
Groundwater levels
Any borehole or well level series that would show whether the water table has shifted.
Historic water tests
Pre-existing private supply results, which are the nearest thing to a baseline available.
Regulator correspondence
Complaints, responses and inspection records held by the Environment Agency, Cornwall Council and the HSE.
